ABOUT ME

Jake Pimenta is a New York based Personal Trainer and fitness writer.

My name is Jake Pimenta and I am the owner of Pimenta Performance. 

My main focus as a trainer is to not just to help my clients achieve their goals, but to help them understand more about the abilities of their own bodies. Gaining awareness about how stretches, weights, and movements work with the body’s different muscles can be just important as the moves themselves.

I cherish the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years and am lucky enough to now call many of them friends. As your coach, I want to help motivate you to improve yourself in ways you never thought were possible. I have helped clients of all ages, levels, and backgrounds reach their goals and I look forward to working with you on yours!

When I’m not tinkering with workout programs or writing articles, I can usually be found out on the mountain biking trails of New England or going for a stroll around Brooklyn’s Prospect Park.
